Any Channel Partner — new or existing — who earns ₹25,000 in verified commission within a single calendar month gets an additional ₹25,000 bonus for that month, separate from their regular commission. All qualifying transactions are verified before the bonus is confirmed.
Once your qualifying commission for that calendar month is verified at ₹25,000 or more and you raise a payout request from your CP dashboard, the bonus is released within 15 working days from the date that request is received — the same mechanism used for your regular commission payouts.
Only verified, qualifying commission as defined in Clause 5.2 of the Agreement — earned from real customer transactions that are realised and not refunded, disputed, reversed, or found fraudulent. The same clawback rules in Clause 5.8 apply: if a qualifying transaction is later reversed, it no longer counts toward the ₹25,000 threshold for that month.
It's open to every Channel Partner, new or existing, and it isn't a one-time offer — you can qualify again in any future calendar month by hitting ₹25,000 in verified commission again. Each qualifying month is assessed independently.
The bonus is paid whenever you genuinely qualify in a given month, but the program itself is a promotional offer, separate from the base commission structure in the Agreement. myAIseva may modify, pause, or discontinue it going forward, with any such change applied prospectively — it won't take away a bonus you've already qualified for.

The Company processes a bank transfer to your verified account or UPI within 15 working days, subject to KYC completion and applicable TDS deduction.
No. The program is explicitly not an MLM, pyramid, money-circulation, or income-guarantee scheme, and cannot be represented as one.
No. You do not earn any commission, override, or bonus for recruiting other Channel Partners — only for actual customer transactions through your CP Code.
No — not on public property, government infrastructure, roads, poles, or public transport, and not on private property without the owner's written permission. Violations can lead to immediate account deactivation and forfeiture of earnings.
The Agreement requires the Channel Partner to be an Indian resident, but doesn't specifically restrict where customers are located. Check the current published policies on the platform for anything more specific before promoting outside India.
The registration fee is non-refundable once your CP Code is issued.

Yes. No TDS applies up to ₹20,000 in commission per financial year. Above that, 2% TDS applies if your PAN is verified; 20% applies as a mandatory fallback if it isn't.
Through the official support channel published on the platform at myaiseva.com, or via the Grievance Officer designated under applicable IT and data protection rules.
Never share OTPs, banking passwords, or UPI PINs with anyone — including people claiming to represent the Company. Never install remote-access apps or pay anyone to "release" your earnings. Report suspected fraud to cybercrime.gov.in or Helpline 1930.
This is a legally binding electronic agreement between you and Dinesh AI Technologies Private Limited. It is not physically signed — accepting it during registration constitutes valid electronic acceptance under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
